Ruxandra – Iulia Pietreanu
Ruxandra has 20+ years of experience in the M&A field, as well as in capital and debt raising.
She has been involved in a large number of projects – covering M&A, capital raising, debt raising, financial & operational restructurings and turnaround situations – serving mid-size and large companies with turnover between EUR 500,000 and EUR 500,000,000, in various sectors among which: IT / Technology, healthcare, financial services, media, manufacturing, environmental services and other business services.

Marian Tescaru
Marian is one of the most reputable investment bankers in Romania, having more than 30 years of asset management, brokerage and M&A experience. With 50+ concluded transactions, he served both local and international companies.
He has extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience, having sold two of the companies he established in the past. He has advised more than 200 companies, both private and public on an array of transactions and strategic directions in his positions as CEO or owner of various investment banking organisations. Also, Marian served on Boards of more than 30 companies in different sectors and countries in industries ranging from healthcare and IT to manufacturing and business services.
