Path-Finder Corporate Finance (Path2Capital) advised Smart ID Dynamics – a leading Romanian provider of highly customised end-to-end automation solutions for intensive business environments -, in connection with the investment transaction by which the private equity fund Sarmis Capital acquired the majority stake in the company.
Path-Finder experts have been involved throughout the whole process, from indicative terms negotiations, due dilligence coordination and negotiations of transactions documents, up to closing.
